Our Quarterly Employee Safety Training

Sep 11, 2026

Time to review, learn together, and check what we know.

Alongside our product and company updates, we like to share a little of our team's day-to-day life. These photos capture one of our employee safety training sessions: colleagues gathered around a table, reviewing materials and completing a written knowledge assessment.

We hold these sessions every quarter. The format is straightforward, but we believe it deserves a regular place in our schedule. Familiar tasks can make some details easier to overlook. Taking time to review helps bring them back into focus.

1.Making Time to Learn Together

Everyone has work to get through during the day. A scheduled training session gives the team time to step away from those tasks and focus on safety.

During this session, employees worked through the training materials together. There was no elaborate setup—just the team, the materials, and time set aside to learn.

Some of the information may already be familiar. Even so, knowing a requirement and remembering to follow it every day are not always the same thing. Regular review helps keep that knowledge fresh.

We want employees to pay attention to details, check anything they are unsure about, and consider the people working alongside them. Looking after our colleagues is the most direct reason we make time for safety training.

2.Putting Understanding to the Test

After the learning session, employees completed a written safety knowledge assessment. The photos show team members reading the questions, thinking through their answers, and writing their responses.

Answering questions independently gives each person a chance to check their understanding. Something that seems clear while reading can be harder to explain or apply without the material in front of you. That is useful to recognise.

The responses also help us understand which topics employees have grasped and which may need another explanation. They provide a starting point for further review.

A written assessment can only tell us so much, of course. What matters beyond the session is whether employees remember and follow the relevant requirements in their everyday work.

3.Keeping a Quarterly Routine

Holding safety training every quarter gives employees regular opportunities to revisit what they have learned.

Reviewing familiar information can be worthwhile. After spending more time on the job, an employee may see a practical connection they did not notice before. A recurring schedule also helps us make room for learning alongside daily business demands.

We regularly organise other internal training activities as well. We want employees to have opportunities to keep learning as they gain experience in their roles.

Much of that development comes from consistent, practical effort: explaining expectations clearly, allowing time to understand them, and giving people opportunities to put their knowledge to use.

4.Getting to Know the Team Behind Our Products

Customers often get to know us through our products. Behind those products is a team of people working together every day.

We share these photos to offer a closer look at that team. Organising a session, reviewing materials, and completing an assessment are ordinary activities, but they show how employee learning fits into our working routine.

One training session cannot tell the whole story of a company. Product suitability, communication, and service still need to be demonstrated through the experience of working together. These everyday records simply give customers another way to get to know us.

Quarterly safety training will remain part of our schedule. We will continue making time for employees to learn, checking their understanding, and sharing occasional glimpses of our team at work.

5.Frequently Asked Questions

1. How often do you hold employee safety training?

We hold safety training once every quarter, giving employees regular opportunities to review safety knowledge and check their understanding of relevant requirements.

2. What did this training session involve?

Employees reviewed safety training materials together and then completed a written knowledge assessment. The three photos in this article show the learning and assessment activities.

3. Why include a written assessment after training?

Answering questions helps employees review the material independently. It also helps us identify which topics are understood and which may need further explanation.

4. Does completing the assessment demonstrate full understanding?

A written assessment provides an indication of knowledge, but practical application matters too. The aim is for employees to remember and follow the relevant requirements in their daily work.

5. Do you offer other employee training?

Yes. Alongside quarterly safety training, we regularly organise other internal training activities to give employees opportunities to continue learning.
